U.S. Commits at Least 200 Cases of Arial Espionage against DPRK
Pyongyang, October 31 (KCNA) -- (Great Writing and Look at the spirit of a living Hollywood)
The U.S. imperialist warmongers committed more than 200 cases of aerial espionage against the DPRK in October, according to a military source. This is over 20 cases more than those in October last year. Involved in these crimes were strategic and tactical planes with various missions based in south Korea and overseas. Much scared by the successful nuclear test for self-defence conducted by the DPRK, the U.S. imperialists mobilized 15 strategic and tactical planes including U-2, RC-12, RC-7B and WC-135W, a plane for detecting nuclear tests, on Oct. 10 and 11 for frantically perpetrating aerial espionage against all areas of the DPRK and the waters off the East Coast of Korea. U-2s made shuttle flights in the sky over Tokjok Islet, Phochon and Sokcho almost every day during the month to commit aerial photography and electronic espionage against major military targets in the frontline areas of the DPRK and its depth. Nine strategic and tactical planes were involved in the madcap observation and reconnaissance and aerial espionage against the whole areas of the DPRK on Oct. 18, the day before the start of the "joint landing exercise" and the "landing operation exercise" staged in south Korea, and on Oct. 23 respectively. The above-said aerial espionage underscores the need for the army and the people of the DPRK to bolster the war deterrent for self-defence in every way to foil the U.S. imperialists' moves for a war of aggression.
